| Experience Required |
Must have an excellent abiity to communicate at all
levels. A problem solver able to use a 'hands-on'
style. Knowledge of world class major projects within
curtain walling, commercial aluminium windows and
facades. Must have in-depth knowledge of the construction
industry, building products and curtain walling and
demonstrate the ability to discuss them with conviction.
Experience in negotiating contract awards and good
presentation skills.

Project Manager: To manage completion of installation
projects on a timely basis as per agreed project drawings
of high-rise buildings. Responsible to ensure execution
of projects in accordance with the agreed quality
standards and Progress tracking, and maintaining profitability
of the project. Incumbent would require communicating
with clients, consultants and HOD of Technical, Production
and Contracts departments.

A Technically competent Engineer with specialist
knowledge of building construction and major building
envelope project management in curtain walling and
glazing. The successful candidate will have a distinguished
background in managing major external envelope projects.
A pro-active nature, exceptional organisational abilities
and superb commmunication skills are also needed to
run multi-national trades forces and to manage professional
teams. UNITISED system on cladding desirable.

position with one of the world's leading Curtain Walling
Contractors. Working ONLY on major multi-million pound
projects, responsible for running all aspects of major
curtain walling projects from award through to final
handover to the client. This includes the design,
procurement, production and installation phases. Leading
and directing the entire project team.
Monitoring progress against programme, specification
and budget, and taking corrective measures as necessary.
Liaison with main contractor, architects, client and
all members of the professional team.

Ideally degree educated. Proven experience of running
large bespoke curtain walling projects. Ideally some
previous experience of working for a main contractor.
Must be able to work without supervision. Must be
“hands-on” with high motivation and energy
levels. Excellent team player/builder. Attention to
detail, articulate, professional. Good IT skills.
