service in the design, extrusion, finishing, fabrication,
assembly and glazing of high quality, landmark unitized
curtain wall systems around the globe.
You will be joining a Company with extensive
experience on major International projects able to
deal with the most ambitious of visions.
Total involvement on major Curtain Walling projects
throughout the UK and Europe. Making sure projects
are delivered per specification, budget and agreed
upon schedule. Dealing with all contractual matters
and correspondence. Managing major curtain walling
projects from award through to final handover to the
client. Attending meetings and liaison with clients,
consultants, architects and main contractors.
Monitoring progress against programme, specification
and budget, and taking corrective measures as needed.

This would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic Contracts/Projects
Manager with Curtain Walling experience on major projects.
Attention to detail, professional, articulate. An
excellent abiity to communicate at all levels. A problem
solver able to use a 'hands-on' style. Knowledge of
major projects within curtain walling, commercial
aluminium windows and facades. Must have in-depth
knowledge of the construction industry, building products
and curtain walling and demonstrate the ability to
discuss them with conviction. Experience in negotiating
contract awards and good presentations skills.
