Details: We are delighted to be working again with one of our oldest and most prestigious clients in the design, manufacture and installation of Buildling Envelopes encompassing Curtain Walling, Cladding, Roofing and Windows.   We are seeking to place a Project Manager to be based in the North West of England on major projects. Duties will involve the planning, development, operation, monitoring and delivery of design, procurement and construction programmes on site for the external envelope of buildings, overseeing all issues regarding safety, risks, contracts and communications. Completing risk assessments and method statements and all other types of correspondence relating to the project.  

Experience Required: The successful candidate will be able to show a career history in the construction industry with relevant experience on Building Envelopes including Curtain Walling, Rainscreen Cladding, Standing Seam Roofing and Aluminium Windows.   This is an URGENT vacancy and a superb chance to join a leading company with significant prospects.   Please send your up-to-date CV along with contact details.
